研究目的:在软土地基上修建高速铁路时,由于高速铁路的工后沉降要求严格,不进行软土地基处理往往不能满足高速铁路工后沉降的控制要求。软土地基处理的方法较多,不同处理方法的适用范围、处理费用、处理效果、工期是不同的。如何经济合理地进行高速铁路软土地基处理,是高速铁路建设中面临的重大课题,通过本研究,拟找到一种适合高速铁路软土地基处理的方法。研究结论:采用真空联合堆载预压处理高速铁路软土地基具有经济性好、工期较短、充分利用路堤荷载等优点,适合在铁路软土地基处理中推广应用。采用该方法处理后,土体的物理力学指标得到了明显的改善,加固效果明显。应注意真空联合堆载预压对周围土体的影响,防止因侧向位移而开裂以及产生附加的不均匀沉降。由于真空预压工艺较复杂,选择合理的设计和施工参数是至关重要的。
Research purposes: When constructing high-speed railway on soft soil foundation, due to the strict requirements of post-construction settlement of high-speed railway, the control of post-construction settlement of high-speed railway can not be satisfied without soft soil foundation treatment. There are many ways to deal with soft ground, the scope of application of different treatment methods, treatment costs, treatment effect, duration is different. How to deal with the soft soil foundation of high-speed railway economically and reasonably is a major issue in the construction of high-speed railway. Through this study, it is proposed to find a suitable method for the soft soil foundation treatment of high-speed railway. Research conclusions: The vacuum combined with preloading of prestressed high-speed railway soft soil foundation has the advantages of good economy, short construction period, full use of embankment load, etc., suitable for the popularization and application of railway soft soil foundation treatment. After this method is applied, the physical and mechanical indexes of soil have been obviously improved, and the reinforcement effect is obvious. Should pay attention to the impact of vacuum preloading combined with the impact on the surrounding soil to prevent cracking due to lateral displacement and generate additional uneven settlement. Due to the complexity of the vacuum preloading process, it is important to select reasonable design and construction parameters.
