一、人细精管壁细胞的形态特征研究黑鼠和鼷鼠的睾丸细精管壁细胞发现:这类细胞同平滑肌细胞在形态学上有相类似的地方,因而这种细胞被称叫类肌细胞(myoid cell)。睾丸里精子的释放主要是依靠细精管的节律性收缩机能来排出。但是对于人睾丸细精管细胞形态和机能至今还有很多问题未弄清楚。本篇介绍的是:用不妊患者睾丸作活组织切片,用电子显微镜下观察人睾丸细精管壁细胞的超微结构。人细精管壁细胞同纤维原细胞相类似,细胞细长而扁平,在细精管壁上排列为2~4层。在电子显微镜下发现这些细胞有很多超微结构的特征:(1)细胞质内可见有很多细丝状体。(2)同平滑肌细胞相类似有密体(dense body)和密斑(dense patch),在细胞质的纤维中和细胞膜下可以看见这些稠密区(dense area)。(3)在细胞之间是用桥粒的结构方式来联结。(4)细胞周围可见染色很深的基底膜样结构。(5)细胞膜

This article describes the use of testes in patients with infertility biopsies, electron microscopy microscopic examination of human testicular seminiferous cell ultrastructure. Human seminiferous cells similar to fibroblasts, slender cells and flat, arranged in the fine tube wall 2 to 4 layers. There are many ultrastructural features of these cells under the electron microscope: (1) There are many filaments visible in the cytoplasm. (2) Similar to smooth muscle cells, which are dense bodies and dense patches, these dense areas can be seen in the cytoplasmic fibers and under the cell membrane. (3) Between the cells is the structure of the desmosomes to link. (4) The stained basement membrane-like structure can be seen around the cells. (5) cell membrane
