“科研兴校”已成为广大教育工作者的共识。建设科研型教师队伍是科研兴校的前提和基础。案例研究具有“校本性、真实性、易操作性”的特性,同时是引导教师开展教育科研的切入点,教科研一体化的结合点。案例研究在学校教科研工作中处于核心地位。学校应以案例研究作为核心,使教育科研工作化,教学工作科研化,把教师领上“幸福的研究之路”。
“Research Xing school ” has become the consensus of educators. It is the precondition and foundation for the establishment of scientific research-type teachers. Case studies have the characteristics of “school-based, authenticity and easy-to-operate”, meanwhile they are the starting point for teachers to guide education and the integration of teaching and research. Case studies are at the core of teaching and research in schools. The school should take case studies as the core, to make education and scientific research work and teaching and researching, and to bring teachers to “the road to a happy study.”
