目的:研究血液病患者化疗后发生败血症的特点、原因、预后及治疗。方法:回顾性分析68例化疗后发生败血症的血液病患者的病原学特点、感染部位、发病相关因素及转归。结果:化疗后败血症患者主要病原菌为大肠埃希菌(26.5%),铜绿假单胞菌(17.6%),肺炎克雷伯菌(10.3%)。革蓝阴性菌对亚胺培南及丁胺卡那最敏感,革蓝阳性菌对万古霉素及替考拉宁最敏感。呼吸道感染最多见。中性粒细胞计数≤0.1×109/L及粒细胞缺乏持续时间≥7天的患者败血症发生率显著升高。结论:大肠埃希菌,铜绿假单胞菌,草绿色链球菌及
