为了加快芜湖职业技术学院发展的步伐,力争尽快进入全国30所国家级示范职业大学的行列,现就该院引进人才工作提出如下意见: 一、指导思想 立足于加快学院发展,创造有竞争力的人才环境,大力引进各类人才,建立一支适应全国示范职业大学需要的专业齐全、结构合理的高质量人才队伍,在3--5年内构筑学院人才高地,形成学院的人才优势和发展优势。 二、优惠政策 (一)采取调入、聘用或兼职服务多种形式,不拘一格引进硕士或副教授以上高层次人才。
