目的测定泰安地区塑料包装饮料双酚A(Bisphenol A,BPA)的含量,分析饮料出厂时间与BPA含量相关性,并进行膳食风险评估。方法随机抽取130件样品,经提取、固相萃取净化后,采用超高效液相色谱质谱联用法(UPLC-MS)检测样品中的BPA含量并用S-N-K检验与Spearman相关性检验等进行统计分析(α=0.05)。结果塑料包装饮料中BPA检出率为100%,各类别饮料BPA平均含量在0.01203~2.7773μg/L之间,均小于我国生活饮用水卫生标准双酚A限定值10μg/L;各类别饮料出厂时间与双酚A含量呈正相关(P<0.05);该市饮料中的双酚A暴露量占TDI的0.0008%~0.4216%,远小于1。结论泰安地区塑料包装饮料普遍含有BPA,BPA膳食风险在可接受范围内。结论泰安地区塑料包装饮料普遍含有BPA,但BPA膳食风险在可接受范围内。
Objective To determine the content of bisphenol A (BPA) in Taiwanese plastic packaging beverage, analyze the correlation between the time of shipment of beverage and the content of BPA, and evaluate the dietary risk. Methods A total of 130 samples were randomly selected and purified by extraction and SPE. The content of BPA in the samples was determined by UPLC-MS and the correlations were analyzed by SNK test and Spearman test (α = 0.05). Results The detection rate of BPA in plastic packaging beverage was 100%, and the average content of BPA in various types of beverage was between 0.01203 ~ 2.7773μg / L, both less than 10μg / L, the standard of China’s drinking water health standard BPA; The time was positively correlated with the content of BPA (P <0.05). The BPA exposure of the city beverage accounted for 0.0008% -0.4216% of the TDI, far less than 1. Conclusion The plastic packaging beverages in Taian generally contain BPA. The BPA dietary risk is within the acceptable range. Conclusion Plastic packaging beverages in Tai’an generally contain BPA, but the BPA dietary risk is within acceptable range.
