目的:建立注射用硫酸依替米星含量快速测定方法。方法:采用旋光法直接测定硫酸依替米星的含量。结果:硫酸依替米星(20℃)在5~30mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内,旋光度与浓度呈良好线性关系,回归方程C=5.6213α-0.01118,r=1.0,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.15%(n=9)。结论:本法快速简便,重现性好,可以用于硫酸依替米星中间药液的含量快速测定。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of etimicin sulfate for injection. Methods: The content of etimicin sulfate was determined directly by polarimetry. RESULTS: Electomycin sulfate (20 ℃) showed a good linear relationship between optical rotation and concentration in the concentration range of 5 ~ 30 mg · ml -1. The regression equation C = 5.6213α-0.01118, r = 1.0. The average recovery The rate was 100.5% and the RSD was 0.15% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and reproducible. It can be used for the rapid determination of etimicin sulfate intermediate drug solution.
