对大鼠肝线粒体乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及溶脱的线粒体乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)进行了动力学比较研究。线粒体LDH及溶脱线粒体LDH对底物丙酮酸的Km值分别为50.0和33.8μmol/L,对NADH的Km值分别为35.3和21.4μmol/L。结果表明,线粒体LDH的Km值比溶脱线粒体LDH的Km值大。大鼠肝线粒体中的LDH主要是LDH-5,0.15mol/L的NaCl溶液可将其从线粒体上溶脱下来。
The rat liver mitochondrial lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the eluted mitochondrial lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were compared kinetics. The Km values of mitochondrial LDH and stripped mitochondrial LDH on substrate pyruvate were 50.0 and 33.8 μmol / L, respectively. The Km values for NADH were 35.3 and 21.4 μmol / L, respectively. The results showed that the Km value of mitochondrial LDH is larger than that of mitochondrial LDH. LDH in rat hepatic mitochondria is mainly LDH-5, 0.15mol / L NaCl solution can be stripped from the mitochondria.
