介绍了红外定量诊断对热设备内部运行状态进行监测的理论依据和方法。将红外测试技术与确定热设备内部温度分布的导热反问题结合起来 ,通过对空间离散化 ,用有限差分法 ,给出了获取计算设备内部温度分布空间步进迭代公式的通用步骤 ,计算了设备内部各点温度的具体数值 ,从而实现对热设备内部运行状态的监测 ,并以方形设备内的稳态热过程为例 ,阐述了该方法的实现
The theoretical basis and method of infrared quantitative diagnosis for monitoring the internal operation of thermal equipment are introduced. The infrared test technique is combined with the inverse problem of heat conduction to determine the internal temperature distribution of the thermal equipment. By discretizing the space, a general procedure for obtaining the spatial step iteration formula of the internal temperature distribution of the computing equipment is given by the finite difference method.
