一、私营经济的性质归属: ①资本主义性质②基本上是社会主义性质。③我国现阶段的私营经济是国家资本主义。二、产生和发展的原因①是我国社会经济中内在规律性的客观反映,是历史的必然,也是客观现实的需要。②从私营经济的总户数和就业面来看,有80%以上分布于农村。这说明大量剩余劳动力沉淀和迅速增长的货币积累,成为产生和发展私营经济的原因。③私营经济适应了社会主义初级阶段较低的生产力水平,符合商品经济的发展规律,它是竞争机制和价值规律相互作用的产物。三、发展问题①“刹车说”认为私营经济的存在,将与“我国已消灭资产阶级”相悖;故而主张立即“刹车”。
