采用溶胶-凝胶法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了Mg0.66Zn0.34O薄膜,研究了Mg0.66Zn0.34O薄膜的结构和光学性能,结果表明:石英玻璃衬底上Mg0.66Zn0.34O薄膜呈面心立方岩盐结构,晶格常数为0.42338nm,比MgO的晶格常数(0.0021nm)大。扫描电镜分析显示:薄膜均匀且平均粒径约为10nm。吸收光谱表明:薄膜的吸收带边位于276nm,相应的禁带宽度为4.49eV,该薄膜的吸收边位于日盲区;发光光谱由3个发射峰组成,峰值分别位于384.8nm(3.22eV)、443.7nm(2.79eV)和532.9nm(2.33eV),激发光谱峰值位于379nm(3.28eV)。
The structure and optical properties of Mg0.66Zn0.34O thin films were investigated by sol-gel method on a quartz glass substrate. The results show that the Mg0.66Zn0.34O thin films on the quartz glass substrate are The face-centered cubic rock salt structure has a lattice constant of 0.42338 nm, which is larger than the lattice constant of MgO (0.0021 nm). Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the film was uniform and the average particle size was about 10 nm. The absorption spectra show that the absorption edge of the film is located at 276nm and the corresponding forbidden band width is 4.49eV. The absorption edge of the film is located in the solar blind area. The emission spectrum consists of three emission peaks with peaks at 384.8nm (3.22eV) and 443.7 nm (2.79eV) and 532.9nm (2.33eV), and the peak of the excitation spectrum is at 379nm (3.28eV).
