随着飞机设计制造的全球化,界面控制数据集(ICD)应运而生,并且在供应商管理,成本控制,设计制造和适航取证等多方面发挥着不可替代的作用。如何建立和控制这些界面控制数据集,成为了工程人员和项目人员共同关注的方面。该文从ICD基本概念出发,重点介绍了ICD的内容,功能和分类,并详细分析了在实际飞机设计中ICD分解、跟踪和发放一系列创建和管理流程。为界面控制数据集在飞机设计的实际应用提供了参考,同时也为ICD的广泛应用起到一定的借鉴作用。
With the globalization of aircraft design and manufacture, an interface control data set (ICD) has emerged and played an irreplaceable role in supplier management, cost control, design and manufacturing and airworthiness certification. How to set up and control these interface control data sets has become a common concern of engineers and project personnel. Starting from the basic concept of ICD, this paper focuses on the content, function and classification of ICD. It also analyzes in detail the ICD decomposition, tracking and issuing of a series of creation and management processes in actual aircraft design. It provides a reference for the practical application of the aircraft control design for the interface control data set, and also serves as a reference for the extensive application of ICD.
