随着世界女子举重运动的发展 ,特别是女子举重进入奥运会后 ,女子举重科学训练的问题已愈来愈受到人们的高度重视 ,因此 ,进行全面系统地研究是非常重要的。鉴于男女举重训练在很多方面有所不同 ,结合我国女子举重训练多年来的经验教训 ,在回顾我国女子举重训练方法的演变过程的同时 ,重点分析和研究了女子举重训练有关强度与运动量的关系 ;技术与力量的关系 ;以及训练与恢复的关系。并就女子举重运动员经期训练和早期专项训练的问题进行了较详细的分析。
With the development of women’s weightlifting in the world, especially women’s weightlifting into the Olympic Games, the issue of women’s weightlifting scientific training has received more and more attention. Therefore, it is very important to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study. In view of the difference between men’s and women’s weightlifting training in many aspects, combining the experiences and lessons of women’s weightlifting training in our country over the years, this paper mainly reviews and studies the relationship between the strength and the amount of exercise in women’s weightlifting training while reviewing the evolutionary process of women’s weightlifting training in China. The relationship between technology and power; and the relationship between training and recovery. And a detailed analysis is given on the issue of menstrual training and early special training of women weightlifters.
