目的做好思茅区传染病监测及病媒生物防制工作,全面了解思茅区病媒生物的种群密度,季节消长情况。方法鼠类:粘鼠板法、鼠夹法、鼠笼法;蚊类:幼蚊用捕捞法,成蚊用诱捕法、人工小时牛房捕蚊法;蝇类:目测法、粘蝇纸法;蟑螂:蟑螂屋粘捕法。结果鼠类共捕获鼠349只,经鉴定,鼠类4种;蚊类:城区捕获蚊6只,经鉴定有3种,农村牛房捕获蚊437只,经鉴定有7种;蝇类:目测法61个视野所见120只蝇,粘蝇法捕获家蝇461只;蟑螂:捕获蟑螂509只。结论本年度调查基本摸清了思茅区病媒生物情况,掌握了其主要种类及季节消长,为病媒生物防制工作提供了依据。
Objective To carry out the monitoring of infectious diseases in Simao District and the vector control of vectors, to fully understand the population density and seasonal fluctuation of vector in Simao District. Methods: Rodents: sticky mouse plate method, mouse clamp method, squirrel cage method; mosquito: larvae fishing method, adult mosquito trapping method, artificial hours cattle room mosquito method; flies: visual method, ; Cockroaches: cockroach house sticky method. RESULTS: A total of 349 mice were captured in the rodents. Four species of rodents were identified. Six species of mosquitoes were captured in the urban areas, of which three were identified. There were 437 mosquitoes caught in the rural cattle house, of which seven were identified. Flies: Act 61 vision to see 120 flies, flies fly method to capture 461 housefly; cockroach: catch cockroaches 509 only. Conclusion This year’s survey thoroughly found out the vectors in Simao District, mastered the main species and seasonal fluctuation, and provided the basis for vector control.
