以装甲装备器材的除锈保养要求为牵引,首先设计了除锈保养的工艺流程,然后从封闭式主架结构、控制系统、机械臂运行系统、除锈清洗系统等关键技术入手,完成了装甲装备器材自动化除锈保养设备的研制。通过运行试验及大量器材的保养实践证明,设备运行可靠、性能优越,能够有效提高器材除锈保养的自动化水平、保养质量与保养效能,满足装甲装备器材除锈保养的要求。
