气阀影响压缩机的经济性和可靠性是众所周知的。但是,大家往往习惯于将吸、排气阀视作一个整体,并力求设计通用,疏忽了它们之间存在的差别。为了帮助大家认清这些差异,作者用近似计算的方法计算出动力用空压机吸、排气阀的相对能量损失。对于其它压缩机(微型空压机除外),只要气阀运动规律良好,余隙容积和压力比相接近,文中给出的吸、排气阀的相对能损失比例关系是通用的。本文对于深入研究气阀特性,配置气阀方式以及进行气阀优化设计是有益的。
It is well known that gas valves affect the economy and reliability of compressors. However, people are often accustomed to the suction and exhaust valves as a whole, and strive to design common, neglect of the differences between them. In order to help people understand these differences, the author uses the approximate calculation method to calculate the relative energy loss of suction and discharge valves of power air compressor. For other compressors (except micro air compressors), as long as the valve movement law is good, the clearance volume and pressure ratio close to the suction and exhaust valve given in the relative loss ratio is proportional. This article is useful for in-depth study of valve characteristics, valve configuration and valve optimization.
