我国目前国企高管薪酬激励机制存在着激励不相容、信息不对称、权责不对等问题。为保证国企的有效运行,必须再造高管薪酬激励机制:对国企进行公司制的改造和形成有效的法人治理结构;建立中国国企高管选聘机制;建立科学的国企高管绩效考核体系;建立国企高管职业风险制度。
