目的:探讨锌离子直流电导入对单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的疗效。方法:将家兔实验性HSK原发感染模型56眼分为3组,分别应用锌离子直流电导入、无环鸟苷滴眼剂(ACV)点眼和单纯直流电治疗。并对复发性HSK患者199眼,分别用锌离子直流电导入、ACV点眼和二者联合治疗。结果:对家兔实验性HSK,锌离子导入组的疗效优于ACV点眼组和单纯直流电组,表现为显效快,疗程短。对浅层型和深层型HSK患者,锌离子导入组的疗效与ACV点眼相仿,但联合治疗组可提高疗效。临床随访2年,锌离子导入组复发率为10%,ACV组20%,联合治疗组11%。结论:锌离子直流电导入法是对各型HSK均有效的简易眼局部治疗方法,能降低该病的复发率。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of zinc ion direct current on herpes simplex keratitis (HSK). Methods: Fifty-six eyes of rabbits with experimental HSK primary infection were divided into three groups and were treated with zinc ion direct current injection, acyclovir eye drops (ACV) and pure DC respectively. 199 patients with recurrent HSK were treated with zinc ion direct current, ACV glaucoma and the combination of both. Results: The experimental HSK and Zinc ion implantation in rabbits were superior to those in ACV eyedrops group and pure DC group, which showed fast onset and short course of treatment. In shallow and deep HSK patients, the zinc ion-introduction group is similar in efficacy to ACV ophthalmoscopy, but the combination therapy increases efficacy. After 2 years of clinical follow-up, the recurrence rate was 10% in the zinc ion-implantation group, 20% in the ACV group and 11% in the combined treatment group. Conclusion: Zinc ion direct current method is a simple and effective local eye treatment for all types of HSK, which can reduce the recurrence rate.
