川芎嗪不同剂量给老龄小鼠灌胃，连续4周．大剂量组可显著升高老龄小鼠心、肝谷光甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH－PX）活性（P＜0.05）。结果提示，川芎嗪通过提高心、肝脏中GSH－PX的活性，能有效地抑制自由基反应，减少自由基对机体的毒害，有抗衰老作用．
Ligustrazine different doses to the old mice gavage for 4 weeks. High-dose group could significantly increase the activity of GSH-PX in heart and liver of aged mice (P <0.05). The results suggest that ligustrazine can effectively inhibit free radical reaction and reduce the toxicity of free radicals to the body by increasing the activity of GSH-PX in heart and liver, and has an anti-aging effect.
