我们试行了贾第虫单栖培养和纯培养,在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下观察了虫体的形态特点和分裂过程。在人工感染了本虫的家兔的肠道内,观察了虫体分布情况和肠粘膜的病理变化。曾对1596纷粪便进行检查,他们的贾第虫感染率平均为2.7%(成人0.9%,儿童5.3%)。对其中541人曾同时用 ELISA 进行血清学检查,抗体阳性率为12.8%。用 CIE 检测本病患者粪便中的抗原亦获成功。本文还报告了一个典型病例。
We experimented with Giardia single-species culture and pure culture, observed under optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy morphological characteristics of parasites and the process of division. In the intestinal tract of rabbits infected with this insect, the distribution of parasites and pathological changes of intestinal mucosa were observed. Fifteen hundred and ninety-six feces were examined. The average prevalence of Giardia was 2.7% (0.9% in adults and 5.3% in children). Among them, 541 of them had used ELISA for serology at the same time, the positive rate of antibody was 12.8%. Antigen in feces of patients with this disease was also tested successfully with CIE. This article also reports a typical case.
