草菇是世界四大名菇之一,营养丰富,味道鲜美原产热带亚热带地区,喜高温、高湿,要求平均温度22～26℃之间。在我国南方以稻草为原料,栽培面积较大,是传统的出口菇种。在北方应用不同秸秆配合作代用料栽培已获成功。草菇的生育期特别短,自播种到收获只需12～14天,适宜我国北方盛夏期栽培。1986年3.2亩夏玉米套草菇,玉米亩产415.6公斤,草菇亩产3745公斤,亩产值4000多元。其种植技术是:
