一、原有土建条件 为新建的六层住宅建筑,一梯二户,每户三室二厅二卫,有南北两个阳台。总建筑面积131m~2(含楼梯间公摊面积)。其中两个卫生间的墙、地面和洁具在土建阶段已安装到位,内、外门和阳台已做好,见图1。 二、存在的主要缺陷和问题 1.户门直对户内主卧室门和主卫生间门,视线太直接,一眼看个透,不雅观、单调、缺少空间层次感。 2.近30m~2的客厅显得空荡荡的缺乏亲切感。 3.一百多平米的住宅内,没有一个可供储物的空间,不少住户不得不
