490N发动机是目前国内应用最广的卫星轨控发动机,其推力矢量的偏斜角、偏移量等参数对卫星轨道控制影响很大。转台是其推力矢量测量的常用方式。在转台中,主轴作为动架,动架与静架之间通过轴承连接定位,动架可沿轴向滑动。为了减小摩擦力对轴向推力标定的影响,尝试在转台上设置了激振器。通过使用激振器前后各3次试验的数据分析,发现使用激振器后主推力和比冲的标准差有所下降,表明通过激振器振动推力矢量转台是提高主推力和比冲测量精度一个值得研究的方向。但是,目前所掌握的试验数据还不够充分,需要进一步的试验来证明,而且激振器不同输出能力及频率振动对测量结果的影响也有待于深入研究。
490N engine is currently the most widely used satellite orbit control engine in China. The parameters such as the skew angle and offset of the thrust vector greatly influence the satellite orbit control. Turntables are the common way of measuring their thrust vector. In the turntable, the spindle as a moving frame, moving frame and static frame through the bearing connection positioning, movable frame can slide along the axial. In order to reduce the friction on the axial thrust calibration, try to set the exciter on the turntable. Through the analysis of the data of three experiments before and after using the exciter, it is found that the standard deviation of the main thrust and the specific impulse decreases after the exciter is used, which shows that the thrust vector turntable vibrating through the exciter is to improve the main thrust and the specific impulse measurement accuracy A worthwhile research direction. However, the test data available at present are not sufficient enough and need further tests to prove that the influence of different output capacity and frequency vibration of the exciter on the measurement results needs to be further studied.
