目的 :研究补阳还五汤对沙鼠脑缺血及再灌注损伤脑组织氨基酸的影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血与再灌注模型 ,脑缺血动物于缺血后 15分钟 ,再灌注动物于再灌注后 48小时处死动物 ,测定脑组织Glu、Asp、GABA、Gly含量。结果 :缺血后 15分钟脑组织Glu、Asp、GABA含量均升高 ,而Gly含量无明显变化 ;缺血再灌注后 48小时脑组织Glu、Asp含量升高 ,而GABA、Gly含量无明显变化。腹腔注射补阳还五汤可使缺血 15分钟后脑组织Glu含量降低 ,又可使再灌注 48小时后脑组织Glu含量降低 ,而对GABA、Gly含量无明显影响。 结论 :补阳还五汤既可防止脑缺血时EAA的升高 ,对抗神经细胞的早期损伤 ,又可以防止再灌注期EAA的升高 ,对抗迟发性神经元损伤
Objective : To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on amino acid in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in gerbils. METHODS: Cerebral ischemia and reperfusion models were implanted in bilateral common carotid arteries of gerbils. Animals were sacrificed 48 hours after ischemia and reperfusion. Animals were sacrificed 48 hours after ischemia to determine Glu and Asp. GABA, Gly content. Results: The contents of Glu, Asp and GABA in brain tissue were increased at 15 minutes after ischemia, but there was no significant change in Gly content. The contents of Glu and Asp in brain tissue increased at 48 hours after ischemia and reperfusion, while there was no significant change in GABA and Gly contents. . Intraperitoneal injection of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce the Glu content of brain tissue after 15 minutes of ischemia, and it can also reduce the Glu content of brain tissue after 48 hours of reperfusion, but has no significant effect on GABA and Gly content. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction can not only prevent the increase of EAA during cerebral ischemia and prevent the early damage of nerve cells, but also prevent the increase of EAA during reperfusion, against the delayed neuronal injury.
