为适应智能制造的生产特点,需对传统的工艺规划方式进行相应的改进,文章提出了面向智能制造过程的规划分级策略.根据零件的不同加工阶段的特点及工艺信息的设计粒度需求,给出了网络化的任务分级模型,建立了生产准备资源与任务的映射关系,最后通过将构建的生产准备平台系统应用于某烟草机械企业,验证了该策略及模型的正确性.“,”In order to adapt to the production characteristics of intelligent manufacturing, we need to improve the traditional process planning methods.The planning and classification strategy for intelligent manufacturing process is presented in this paper.According to the characteristics and technological information of parts at different stages of processing, design the size requirements, give the network hierarchical task model, set up the production for the mapping relationship between resources and tasks, finally will build a production ready application platform for a tobacco machinery enterprises, and verify the correctness of the model and the strategy.
