采用连续色谱分级分离装置对金银花水提液中绿原酸和总黄酮实现连续分级分离,考察上样液p H值﹑上样体积﹑洗脱流速﹑洗脱中乙醇含量及p H值﹑洗脱流速﹑洗脱剂用量对分级效果的影响,最终采用717型阴离子交换树脂柱﹑AB-8型大孔吸附树脂柱和聚酰胺树脂柱将金银花水提液中的绿原酸和总黄酮进行分级分离,并对总黄酮进一步分离,最终绿原酸和总黄酮的得率分别为69.0%与64.5%,纯度分别为63.0%与90.3%。
The continuous fractionation of chlorogenic acid and total flavonoids in the aqueous extract of Honeysuckle was carried out by continuous chromatographic fractionation apparatus.
