1 对冷却系统的认识1.1 冷却系统的功能所有的内燃机进行作业时,都会产生热量,这种热量是由燃油燃烧时产生的,冷却系统应当充分散发出这些热量,使发动机保持合适的作业温度,但又不能散发的太多,以免发动机过冷。此外,冷却系统还应除去来自工作系统的热量,如来自变速器的冷却器、液压油冷却器、变矩器等机构的热量。冷却系统对机器的作业和使用寿命有直接的影响,过热或过冷都会影响发动机的使用寿命或造成发动机性能的下降。
1 Awareness of the cooling system 1.1 Functions of the cooling system When all internal combustion engines are operating, they generate heat. This heat is generated when the fuel is burned. The cooling system should fully dissipate this heat and keep the engine at the proper operating temperature. However, it cannot be distributed too much so as to avoid excessive engine cooling. In addition, the cooling system should also remove heat from the working system, such as heat from the transmission cooler, hydraulic oil cooler, torque converter, and other mechanisms. The cooling system has a direct influence on the operation and service life of the machine. Overheating or undercooling can affect the service life of the engine or cause the engine performance to decline.
