目的探讨江门市新会区石场存在的矽尘、噪声危害程度。方法依据国家有关标准,对石场工作场所的矽尘、噪声进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 2011—2013年各石场的粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量在10.0%~39.4%之间,矽尘浓度在<0.67~50 mg/m3之间,矽尘超标率为84.3%~90.6%;噪声强度在68.2~101.4 d B(A)之间,噪声超标率为59.0%~90.5%;不同工作岗位矽尘浓度差异有统计学意义(t=3.456,P<0.05);疑似尘肺病和噪声聋检出率分别为3.76%和11.27%。结论江门市新会区石场的噪声、矽尘危害较为严重,应继续加大监督监测与健康教育。
Objective To investigate the presence of silica dust and noise in Shihuan, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. Methods Based on the relevant national standards, the silica dust and noise in the worksite of the quarry were tested, and the test results were analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2013, the contents of free silica in dust were between 10.0% and 39.4%, the concentration of silica dust was between 0.67 and 50 mg / m3, and the over-standard silica dust was between 84.3% and 90.6%. The noise over-standard rates ranged from 59.0% to 90.5% between 68.2 and 101.4 d B (A). There was a significant difference in the concentration of silica dust between different jobs (t = 3.456, P <0.05). Suspected pneumoconiosis and noise Deafness detection rates were 3.76% and 11.27% respectively. Conclusion The noise and silica dust in the stone field in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, are more serious. We should continue to increase supervision, monitoring and health education.
