采用超声波技术对丹参酮提取进行强化,选择乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、超声作用时间、浸泡时间因素进行正交实验,得出影响总丹参酮提取率的大小次序先后为:溶剂用量>乙醇浓度>超声作用时间>浸泡时间,优选出超声提取的最佳工艺条件:85%的乙醇,乙醇用量为30mL,超声作用时间为10 min,浸泡时间为4 h。在这个最佳条件下试验,总丹参酮提取率为81.82%。与常规提取方法相比较,具有溶剂用量少,提取效率高,提取时间短,温度低的优点。
Ultrasonic technology was used to enhance the extraction of tanshinone. The orthogonal experiment was conducted by selecting ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, ultrasonic time, and soaking time. The order of the total tanshinone extraction rate was: solvent dosage> ethanol concentration> ultrasonic time > Soaking time, the best ultrasonic extraction process conditions: 85% ethanol, ethanol dosage 30mL, ultrasonic action time 10 min, soaking time 4 h. Under this optimal condition, the total tanshinone extraction rate was 81.82%. Compared with conventional extraction methods, it has the advantages of less solvent consumption, high extraction efficiency, short extraction time, and low temperature.
