目的掌握青岛市蟑螂种群构成季节消长和不同生境蟑螂密度情况,为制定蟑螂防控方案提供科学依据。方法在3个监测点,2010~2012年1~12月每月中旬监测一次,采用粘捕法分别在居民住宅、餐饮、宾馆、农贸市场和医院等不同环境中进行蟑螂种群分布、密度、季节消长情况调查。结果布放蟑螂纸数为6 480张,回收6 466张,捕获蟑螂5 759只,平均蟑螂密度为0.89只/张。蟑螂种类主要有两种:德国小蠊和日本大蠊,其中德国小蠊为优势种。蟑螂密度高峰在8月份,为1.36只/张;农村住户平均鼠密度最高为1.24只/张。结论应充分利用季节和气候变化规律对蟑螂消长的影响,结合环境治理开展蟑螂密度控制工作。
Objective To grasp the seasonal fluctuation of cockroach population in Qingdao and the density of cockroaches in different habitats, so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of cockroach prevention and control programs. The method was monitored once every month from January to December 2010 at three monitoring sites from January 2010 to December 2012. The population distribution, density, seasonal distribution of cockroaches in different environments such as residential buildings, restaurants, hotels, farmers’ markets and hospitals were detected by sticky catching method Growth and decline survey. Results The number of cockroaches placed was 6 480, 6 466 were recovered, 5 759 cockroaches were caught, and the average cockroach density was 0.89 / piece. Cockroach species are mainly two kinds: German cockroach and Japanese cockroach, of which German cockroach is the dominant species. The peak of cockroach density peaked at 1.36 in August and the highest average density of rural residents was 1.24 / bird. Conclusions The influence of seasonal and climatic changes on the growth and decline of cockroaches should be fully utilized, and the control of cockroach density should be carried out in combination with environmental management.
