软膏往往受基质的影响而使药物的释放缓慢,甚至药物释放很少,而达不到治疗目的,为此我们采用琼脂平皿扩散法测试不同基质对药物溶出度的影响,从而根据临床需要选择较理想的基质配制软膏。现报道如下:一、实验材料1.仪器:培养皿二只;恒温水浴箱一只。2.药品:黄苓素;乙酰水杨酸;琼脂;FeCl_3试液。二、实验方法1.琼脂培养皿制备:取琼脂适量配成2%溶液。并加入Fecl_3试液适量充分搅匀后倾入培养皿中,待完全凝固备用。2.软膏制备:(1)1%黄芩素油型软膏:取凡士林和黄芩素用热溶法制得。(2)
