OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of Ki67 and CD24 in ovarian tumor and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters, and to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ki67 and CD24 in 97 cases of ovarian tumors, 14 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors, 20 cases of borderline ovarian epithelial tumors and 63 cases of malignant ovarian epithelial tumors, Clinical and pathological indicators of the relationship. Results: There were 4 cases with ki index> 40 and 3 cases with CD24 positive in ovarian benign epithelial tumors, 9 cases with ki index> 40 in borderline tumors, 11 cases with CD24 positive and 49 cases with ovarian cancer ki index> 40 (P <0.01). There were 35 cases with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ ovarian cancer with ki index> 40 and 35 cases with CD24 positive stage, which were significantly higher than those with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ There were 17 cases with ki index> 40 in 40 cases and 16 cases with CD24 positive in stage ovarian cancer (P <0.01), 32 cases with ki index> 40 in moderately differentiated carcinoma and 31 cases with CD24 positive (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There was no significant difference between ki index and CD24 expression in ovarian cancer and the type of tissue and lymph node metastasis , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive expression of CD24 in ovarian cancer was positively correlated with the number of cases with ki index> 40. Conclusion: The expression of Ki67 and CD24 in ovarian cancer is significantly higher than benign and borderline ovarian tumors, which can be used as an index to distinguish benign and malignant tumors. The expression of Ki67 and CD24 is correlated with the clinical stage and pathological grade of ovarian cancer.
