随着医学影像学的发展,患者就诊率的提高,各器官占位病变的诊断率、发病率呈上升趋势。其中肺占位病变出现高发并年轻化。对肺占位病变的定性尤为关键,因为其决定着占位病变的诊断,进一步病理分型、治疗手段的选择、化疗方案的制定,从而更加合理的完善患者愈后。做为明确诊断的金标准,就是取病变组织进行病理学检查。常用的方法是面对中心型占位的纤维支气管镜检查,以及面对周围型占位的经皮肺穿刺活检术。 With the development of medical imaging, the increase of patient’s visiting rate and the rate of diagnosis and incidence of occupying lesions of various organs are on the rise.
