研究了淫羊藿总黄酮、淫羊藿苷与淫羊藿中含量较高的微量元素合用以及单独应用对原代成骨细胞增殖以及分化的影响,并通过统计学分析以期发现是否存在潜在的协同、拮抗与加和效应.结果表明10μmol/LZn,Ca和Mn与总黄酮/淫羊藿苷合用明显改善成骨细胞的存活率;同时,显著促进成骨细胞的分化.此外,0.1和1μmol/LZn与10μmol/L淫羊藿苷,10μmol/LMn与0.06μg/mL总黄酮合用对成骨细胞的增殖显示出较强的抑制效应.同时,在某些淫羊藿苷-Zn/Mn,总黄酮-Zn/Ca/Mn合用时,对成骨细胞的分化也显示出一定的抑制效应.结果显示,3种矿物元素与淫羊藿苷、总黄酮的某些组合可以有效地提高淫羊藿苷、总黄酮对原代成骨细胞增殖和分化的作用.
The effects of epimedium flavonoids, icariin and epimedium on the proliferation and differentiation of primary osteoblasts were studied.
