本文结合实际工程浅谈钢筋混凝土烟囱的结构设计,通过对某垃圾焚烧厂的钢筋混凝土矩形烟囱外筒采用midas程序建立有限元模型,分析其在风荷载,地震荷载,日照温差等作用下的受力情况,得出其在各工况条件下的受力特点。通过受力分析,得出烟囱各部位的应力应变情况,合理的进行结构设计,保证烟囱的使用安全及整体性能。
In this paper, the actual project to talk about the structural design of reinforced concrete chimney, by a solid waste incineration plant rectangular reinforced concrete chimney using midas program to establish a finite element model, analysis of its wind load, seismic load, temperature difference under the influence of sunshine Force situation, draw its stress characteristics under various working conditions. Through the stress analysis, the stress and strain of various parts of the chimney are obtained, and the structural design is carried out reasonably to ensure the safety and the overall performance of the chimney.
