硫酸钛催化合成乙酸异戊酯的工艺研究

以硫酸钛为催化剂,乙酸与异戊醇为原料合成了乙酸异戊酯,分别讨论了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:以0.2 mol乙醇为基准,酸醇物质的量比为1.5:2,催化剂用量为0.5g,反应时间为90min,乙酸异戊酯的酯化率为99.18%。该催化剂具有催化活性高、用量小、反应时间短、可连续使用多次、与目前工业中使用的硫酸相比污染小、对设备无腐蚀等优点,且硫酸钛来源广泛、性质稳定、不溶于反应体系,是一种很有发展前景的催化剂。 Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol by using titanium sulfate as catalyst. The effects of the amount of acid and alcohol, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time on the esterification rate were discussed. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: 0.2 mol ethanol was used, the molar ratio of alcohol to alcohol was 1.5: 2, the amount of catalyst was 0.5 g, the reaction time was 90 min, the esterification rate of isoamyl acetate was 99.18%. The catalyst has the advantages of high catalytic activity, small dosage, short reaction time, continuous use for multiple times, less pollution compared with the sulfuric acid used in the present industry, no corrosion to the equipment, etc., and the titanium sulfate has a wide range of sources and stable properties and is insoluble in The reaction system is a very promising catalyst.
