Objective: To study the regularity of early blood pressure changes in acute stroke. Methods: Eighteen patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study. 48 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 60 cases of cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study. 62 patients with stage Ⅰ hypertension were selected as the control group. All patients were monitored for the first 24 hours after admission. Results: The average blood pressure of stroke patients was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the circadian rhythm was obviously abnormal. Conclusion: The blood pressure in early stage of acute stroke is generally high, and those with cerebral hemorrhage are higher than those with cerebral infarction. Nighttime blood pressure in patients with stroke is often in a higher state, it should strengthen the control and monitoring of blood pressure at night
