大鼠在干球温度38~40℃、湿球温度31~32℃的高温仓中受热致死,平 均受热时间215min,平均最高体温41.7℃。主要观察大脑与小脑皮质改变。结果表明,光镜所见锥体细胞和蒲肯野细胞的空泡变性与高尔基器的明显扩张有关,而光镜所见血管周围Virchow-Robin氏间隙扩张的实质是星形胶质细胞足板的明显肿胀。作者认为文献报导在热衰竭时神经细胞的病变较胶质细胞病变严重的观点、只反映了光镜水平的看法,而电镜观察显示星形胶质细胞的改变较神经细胞明显。
