乳香为橄榄科植物卡氏乳香树 Boswelliacarterii Biradw.及同属植物渗出的树脂。本品生用气味辛烈,对胃的刺激性较强,易引起呕吐,炒制后能缓和刺激性,易于粉碎制剂。本品含树脂60~70%,树胶27~35%,挥发油3~8%,挥发油中的乙酸辛酯和辛醇经药理试验证明系镇痛活性成分之一。采用传统工艺炮制的乳香遇热易结块,细度难以达到规定要求。为此,要求在不影响质量及《炮制规范》规定的前提下,研究解决乳香在温度较高的季节粉碎困难及易于结块的问题。笔者从实
