Glioma from neural epithelium, is the most common intracranial tumor, the incidence, recurrence rate, disability mortality were higher. The current clinical efficacy of glioma is not ideal, and its causes, exacerbations and precipitating factors are still not clear. GLUT3 is mainly expressed in brain neurons and is the most important glucose transporter in the brain. NGF is mainly derived from the central nervous system and plays a role in the growth, proliferation and repair of cells. Both of them have high expression in glioma. To further understand the role of GLUT3 and NGF in the occurrence and development of glioma and to promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma, the progress of this research A review.
