The paper describes the technical requirements, process scheme, development and vibration test of 10N thruster composite satellites. 10 N Thruster frame is a closed box-shaped structure, the state of stress is complex, high dimensional tolerances. Sewing - resin transfer molding (RTM) combination of technology to ensure the accuracy; selection of water-soluble core model to solve the problem of demoulding. Compared with the original cast magnesium bracket, the weight of the composite bracket is reduced by 35%, the manufacturing man-hour is shortened by 80% and the cost is saved by 20%. Products passed the identification of sine and random vibration test; vibration test after ultrasonic non-destructive testing confirmed that the stent without damage to meet the satellite launch phase of the mechanical environment requirements.
