企业访谈是高质量职业教育课程的开发基础,它对于准确描述大学毕业生从事岗位的工作要求和典型工作任务至关重要。我院英语专业对两家企业调研的结果暴露了现行课程中的一些问题。这对于开发出有大学特色的英语课程也有许多启示。首先尽管英语课被认为是门基础课,大学英语课程开发也应当建立在充分的企业调研基础之上,其次英语课程要和学生所学专业结合来开发,另外英语课至少要有一部分嵌入到实习实训中,最后英语教师的职业发展不应该被忽略。学生职业能力的培养在大学英语课程中应当受到足够的重视。 Corporate interviews are the basis for the development of high quality vocational education courses and are crucial to accurately describe the job requirements and typical job assignments of university graduates in their jobs. The result of the survey on the two companies by English major in our college exposed some problems in the current curriculum. This has many implications for the development of college English courses. First of all, although the English class is considered as the basic course, the development of the college English course should also be based on the full enterprise research, followed by the English course should be developed in combination with the students’ major, and at least part of the English course should be embedded into the internship In training, the career development of the last English teacher should not be neglected. The cultivation of students’ professional ability should be given enough attention in college English course.
