目的:研究血管内皮功能损伤与氧化应激在急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者血浆中相关性。方法:选取2012年8月-2014年12月于本院心内科住院的急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者200例作为研究对象,将其分为不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP组)和急性心肌梗死组(AMI组),同时选取本院120例健康体检者作为对照组。测定并比较各组血管功能及氧化应激相关指标。结果:AMI组及UAP组NO、SOD、GSH-Px水平均低于对照组,而ET-1水平高于对照组;AMI组ET-1水平均高于UAP组,GSH-Px及SOD水平低于UAP组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMI组及UAP组VEGF、MDA、ROS水平均高于对照组,AMI组MDA、VEGF、ROS水平均高于UAP组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管内皮功能损伤与氧化应激在急性冠脉综合征合并糖尿病患者血浆中存在一定的相关性,且急性心肌梗死患者较不稳定型心绞痛患者程度更为严重。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial dysfunction and oxidative stress in the plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with diabetes. Methods: A total of 200 acute coronary syndrome patients with diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from August 2012 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into unstable angina pectoris group (UAP group) and acute myocardial infarction Group (AMI group), at the same time select 120 healthy subjects in our hospital as the control group. The vascular function and the related indicators of oxidative stress were determined and compared. Results: The levels of NO, SOD and GSH-Px in AMI group and UAP group were lower than those in control group, while the levels of ET-1 in AMI group and UAP group were higher than those in control group. The levels of ET-1 in AMI group were higher than those in UAP group (P <0.05). The levels of VEGF, MDA and ROS in AMI group and UAP group were higher than those in control group. The levels of MDA, VEGF and ROS in AMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between endothelial dysfunction and oxidative stress in the plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome and diabetes mellitus, and patients with acute myocardial infarction are more severe than those with unstable angina.
