本文试从师资队伍流失现状及原因分析入手,对比民办高职院校与公办院校的差异,探讨健全福利制度,提高薪酬待遇留住民办学校教师的对策。
This article tries to start with the current situation and causes of the loss of teaching staff, compares the difference between private higher vocational colleges and public colleges, and discusses the countermeasures to perfect the welfare system and improve remuneration to retain private school teachers.
