高温加压变换炉是在一定压力和较高温度下把一氧化碳与水蒸汽通过触媒变成二氧化碳和氢气的关键设备。岳阳某石化厂的一台兰州石油化工设计院设计的92年6月投产的中压变换炉,通过壁温定期监测,96年3月以来发现局部壁温超温运行,因系统运行中不能停机,97年4月经有关专家根据工况和现场勘察,初步判断该变换炉有氢腐蚀,建议在2个月后系统停机检修中予以检验确认,97年7月我单位受托对该台中压变换炉进行了检验鉴定。
