针对固井自动混浆系统中混浆装置的驱动问题,对比分析了3种液压系统驱动方。单泵减压回路驱动系统的成本最低,单泵优先分流驱动系统的性价比最高。为了解决低温带来的问题,提出了下灰阀和高能混合器水阀的电控驱动方案。该系统应用于固井设备,提高了控制精度,操作简便,成本低,可使固井质量提高。
Aiming at the driving problem of cement mixing device in cementing automatic cementing system, three types of hydraulic system drivers are compared and analyzed. The lowest cost for a single pump, reduced pressure loop drive system, and the highest cost performance of a single-pump, priority diverter drive system. In order to solve the problem caused by the low temperature, the electric control scheme of the ash valve and the high energy mixer valve was proposed. The system is used in cementing equipment to improve the control accuracy, easy operation and low cost, which can improve the cementing quality.
