不平衡矢量的识别是小速差双转子系统现场动平衡的关键,文中根据相关原理提出了单点DFT不平衡矢量识别方法,通过理论分析确定了相关积分时间及其可能的误差。由WLZY-350型螺旋卸料离心机的实验表明,这种方法精度高、对噪声不敏感,可在实际中应用。
The identification of unbalanced vector is the key to the on-site dynamic balance of the two-rotor system with small velocity difference. According to the relevant principle, a single-point DFT imbalance vector identification method is proposed. The related integral time and its possible errors are determined through theoretical analysis. The experiment of WLZY-350 type screw discharging centrifuge shows that the method is of high precision and insensitive to noise and can be applied in practice.
