大型水电项目由于投资巨大,工期较长,技术复杂,因此在实施过程中存在诸多不确定因素,即存在巨大风险,传统风险评判方法由于受人为因素影响较大,降低了评价的科学性与客观性。基于此,以灰色理论、模糊数学以及由定性到定量的综合集成方法为理论依据,建立了多层次灰色关联模型,并将其运用到大型水电项目风险评价中,旨在降低随机因素和人为因素影响,使评价更加客观和合理。最后通过算例证明该模型的可行性和有效性。
