在蒙华海电二期2×200MW机组扩建工程中,锅炉的再热器热段管组及对流过热器热段、屏式过热器管组中部分受火面的管子(SA213-T91)与非受火面部分(12Cr1MoV)的管子需焊接,但因其材质不同,焊接难度很大。文中通过焊接工艺评定试验,确定出采用中强配比的焊接材料进行焊接,并结合焊接工艺实例,给出T91与12Cr1MoV异种钢的焊接工艺原则、焊材选择、工艺参数选择。
In the expansion project of 2 × 200 MW unit of Menghua Haibin Phase II project, the hot segment of the reheater and the hot segment of the convection superheater and the tube of the screen superheater tube partially covered by the surface of the fire tube (SA213-T91) The fire by the surface part (12Cr1MoV) of the pipe to be welded, but because of their different materials, welding is very difficult. In this paper, the welding process qualification test was adopted to determine the welding process with medium to strong ratio of welding materials. The welding process principle, welding material selection and process parameters of T91 and 12Cr1MoV dissimilar steels were given with the examples of welding process.
