速度滑冰是我省高职院校冬季普遍采用的教学内容。在传统的教学中不论是教材内容、组织教法,还是考评方法都存在着不切实际的地方。为提高教学质量,依据《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,本着以学生为主体,以教师为主导的教学理论,根据速度滑冰技术动作较为复杂,而且衔接性强和学生个体差异较大等特点,采取简化教材内容,实行多层次教学和重过程、轻结果的考评办法等项措施,才能适应多层次学生的需要,也必然收到良好的教学效果。
Speed skating is a winter teaching commonly used in higher vocational colleges in our province.
